The Strawberry River Ranch located in Duchesne County encompasses 4,621 acres of some of the most beautiful river land in Utah. It reaches extensively along the Strawberry River between Starvation Reservoir and the Strawberry Pinnacles. Roughly 3,600 acres of the ranch encompass a large percentage of Indian Canyon to the east of the main ranch. Historically the ranch runs around 300 head of cattle, all on deeded ranch land. Additionally, the ranch produces hay. Included are five pivots, tractors, bailer, leveler, and other associated haying and ranch equipment. In the fall, the Ranch sees Brown trout and Kokanee salmon spawning up from the adjacent Starvation Reservoir. The Ranch is primarily located between Strawberry Reservoir-- considered to be one of the top-producing lake fisheries in the state-- and Starvation Reservoir, another excellent fishery. The Ranch is a 1-hour drive time I-40 from Heber Valley-- currently one of the fastest growing municipalities in the country.
