Auburn Hills at Desert Color is one of St. George Utah's Newest Communities. Located in the Desert Color, Auburn Hills is part of the phase 1 development plan and will have a mix use of multi-family and single-family homes. This community is conveniently located right off the I-15, on Southern Highway, on the south end of St. George, Ut.

Desert Color is the community inside of the community, that over 10,000 residents will call home. This master plan community will have luxury golf courses, city parks, hiking trails, resort-style beaches and lagoons, shopping centers, and other local businesses within it. The entire Master Plan community is over 3000 acres in size.

Schools

Auburn Hills is in the Washington County School District. Residents will attend Dixie High, Dixie Middle, Tonaquint Intermediate and Bloomington Elementary. Dixie High School is approximately 7.8 miles and is a 14-minute drive, Bloomington Elementary is approximately 3.3 miles and is an 8-minute drive.
